As Permitted Development Rights have been
REMOVED from Wychwood Park it is a requirement that we have to seek permission from Cheshire East Council for any and all changes to the property, this includes but not limited to; Sheds, greenhouses, decking, patios, swimming pools, driveways, windows, doors & extensions.

It's important to note that the applications process may take around 3 months. During this time please don't commence any works until you have the permissions from Realty Management Ltd and Cheshire East Council.

Ensure you keep copies of the approval letters for future reference as these will be required if/when you sell your house.
